I loved the affordable rates at Windbreak Cafe. The restaurant below served delicious food that really hit the spot after a long day. The upstairs staff went above and beyond when my car wouldn’t start in the freezing cold—they jumped my battery without a second thought! Unfortunately, my room had several issues. The bed felt super hard, and the pillows were pretty flat, making it hard to get comfortable. I could also hear noise from slamming doors and chatter from other guests late at night. The air conditioning seemed to be bringing in hot air from outside, which made the room quite warm. A little upgrade in the room’s amenities would go a long way, especially concerning comfort. The atmosphere, especially with music starting early on Sunday, wasn't great for sleeping in either.

The restaurant's themed dinner nights are a fun touch. The hard bed and noisy guests made sleep difficult.

i recently stayed at windbreak cafe and had a decent experience. the rooms were clean, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. affordable rates and great food made it a nice spot for our trip.

We loved the cozy atmosphere and enjoyed the delicious breakfast offerings. The kids had a great time exploring the nearby park while we relaxed on the patio. We stayed with 5 kids, and the spacious dining area made mealtime enjoyable.

Stayed in a Queen Room for 3 nights. The bed was super hard, and the pillows were flat, like seriously, I could barely get comfy.
